We deliver nationwide across Pakistan 🇵🇰 — here's everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

📦 Delivery Timeframe

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 2–5 business days, depending on your city/region.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Charges

• Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 4,500
• Orders below Rs. 4,500 incur a flat delivery charge of Rs. 250

💵 Payment Options

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available nationwide
• Advance Payment via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash

For advance-paid orders, dispatch begins once payment confirmation (screenshot/transaction ID) is received via WhatsApp.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number/link via WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel's journey in real time.

🌆 Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan. In rare cases where a courier does not service a specific area, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative.

While we aim to meet all stated timeframes, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

All orders are confirmed manually by our team via WhatsApp before dispatch, including a summary of your order number, product(s), price, delivery address, payment method, and expected delivery window.
