• Where a product is a replica or dupe, this will be disclosed to the customer upon request or at the point of order confirmation via WhatsApp.
• Éclat by Tuba is not an authorized retailer, distributor, or affiliate of any third-party cosmetics brand referenced or resembled in our product styling, packaging, or naming.
• Any brand names, logos, or trademarks that may visually resemble third-party brands are used purely for descriptive/reference purposes (e.g. shade-matching) and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or official association.
• Customers are encouraged to reach out via WhatsApp before ordering if they require clarity on a specific product's authenticity.

• All prices listed are in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed by our team.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.
